To book our hotel in Tamarindo, you may do so in the following ways:
- You can book online through the Rooms section by clicking the Check Availability button, where you will find updated availability and the best rates for your stay in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
- Select your check-in and check-out dates.
- If there is no availability, a message saying “Not available” will appear.
- Below, you will find our two room options (Jungle View and Ocean View).
- Select the number of rooms and guests.
- Click the Book
- Complete your personal and credit card information (Visa or MasterCard).
- You will receive a confirmation email.
The remaining balance must be paid 21 days prior to your check-in date via a payment link we will provide (Compra Click).

Yes, a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

What are the hotel’s cancellation policies?
- The reservation must be paid in full 21 days prior to the arrival date. This payment is non-refundable.
- Reservations not paid within the 21-day period will be automatically canceled.
- If cancellation is requested before the 21-day period, no charges will apply. Cancellations must be requested via email at info@pacifickalokairi.com.

Is there a refund if I am unable to travel to the hotel?
No, advance reservation payments are non-refundable. As a boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms, late cancellations or no-shows directly affect our operations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review our cancellation policy before booking.
However, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations resulting from technical errors or extraordinary circumstances, in which case the guest will be notified and the paid amount refunded.

We are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR), 4 hours and 30 minutes from San José International Airport (SJO), and just 7 minutes by car from downtown Tamarindo.

You can reach the hotel from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (Liberia) in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. We can also arrange private transportation upon request.
